A Team We’re Proud Of
The Wandering Wagon is made up of a team of 20 highly skilled and charismatic bartenders that we are proud to send out to your events. We feel so lucky to have such an amazing team! Beyond our bartenders we have two Co-owners, Cassie and Mallory (who you might catch at an event or two each season), and Sofi who runs our operations. We’re a tight-knit little crew who run all of the behind the scenes for The Wandering Wagon, as well as for Wild Social Micro Weddings. That’s right - when you book with us you’re booking with seasoned wedding planners that know the ins and outs of weddings in a more intimate way than most vendors! Read below to get to know each of us a little better.
Cassie
FOUNDER/CO-OWNER

Cassie felt motivated to create a company that combined the mountain, western, and high-end aesthetics of Colorado all into one. She’s a horse rider herself, and while searching for a new horse trailer for her horse, Rio, Cassie realized the potential a trailer could have as a mobile bar. Cassie absolutely loves the creativity of inventing new cocktails, releasing new menus, and scheming up new ways to bring your event to the next level. Along with The Wandering Wagon, Cassie co-owns Wild Social Micro Weddings with Mallory. That’s right, when you hire The Wandering Wagon you’re hiring a team made up of wedding planners! This unique edge allows them to see all aspects of your event.
Mallory
CO-OWNER

Mallory co-founded Wild Social Micro Weddings together with Cassie after they met teaching at the same school. Since then she’s hopped on board as co-owner to The Wandering Wagon as well! Mallory has got the eye for design on this team and loves making sure all the little details are working together when it comes to designing menus, decorating the bar, or anything else visual! (Can you tell she’s a former art teacher?!) Mallory loves working in the wedding industry and is excited to broaden her scope to all types of weddings with The Wandering Wagon.
Sofi
OPERATIONS

Sofi handles the behind-the-scenes aspects of The Wandering Wagon. Everything from answering inquiries to product design. And if you notice a family resemblance, yes - Sofi is Cassie’s sibling! (And Mallory’s honorary sibling as well.) Sofi lives in Minnesota so it’s rare to see them at a Wandering Wagon event, but sometimes you might be lucky enough to catch them behind the bar or a farmers market!

Freshness
If you’ve seen any of our instagram stories, you probably know that we HATE bottled lime juice! We feel strongly about using ingredients such as fresh squeezed lime juice in our cocktails. And yes, that does mean that we squeeze hundreds of limes for each weekend.

We’re not here for any sort of bigotry, racism, sexism, homophobia, or transphobia. As a business that often works in the wedding industry, we find it imperative to make sure we’re being as thoughtful and inclusive as possible. We support all expressions of love and have no time for clients who disagree with that.
