Option 01

Pour Package

$1 per guest, per hour with a minimum of 4 hours + $350/bartender. Bookings start with 4 hours of service, additional hours or bartenders is available for additional cost.

This package is for the service of beer, wine, champagne, hard seltzers, and nonalcoholic canned beverages. We provide clear compostable cups, beverage napkins, coke, diet coke, ginger ale, a variety of la croix, sprite, a menu designed by Knapp Design Co, water, ice, and galvanized buckets to keep beverages cold.

This package requires a second bartender for guest counts over 75 guests.

Option 02

Standard Mixer Package

$2.25 per guest, per hour with a minimum of 4 hours + $350/bartender. Bookings start with 4 hours of service, additional hours or bartenders is available for additional cost.

This package is for the service of beer, wine, champagne, seltzers, nonalcoholic beverages, and standard mixed drinks. We include Italian soda, club soda, coke, diet coke, tonic, ginger ale, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice. The nonalcoholic ingredients can be used to serve alone or to mix with vodka, tequila, whiskey, rum, and/or gin. We also include clear compostable cups, fresh lemons, fresh limes, beverage napkins, agave straws, galvanized bins to keep drinks cold, water, ice, and a menu designed by Knapp Design Co.

Option 03

Garden to Glass Package

$3 per guest, per hour with a minimum of 4 hours + $350/bartender. Bookings start with 4 hours of service, additional hours or bartenders is available for additional cost.

This package includes everything in the Standard Mixer package plus our signature house made syrups, hand squeezed juices, fresh ingredients, and premium garnishes for two bespoke cocktails. Our Garden to Glass menu includes an array of options that can double as mocktails so every guest has something elevated to enjoy! We release our menu for the season in the new year and we offer optional and complimentary group tastings for booked Garden to Glass clients. These tastings take place at a venue in Denver on predetermined dates. If you attend you will have the opportunity to sample our entire garden to glass menu and enjoy charcuterie from a local Denver company! Have a signature cocktail in mind that is not on our menu? Just shoot us the recipe and we will be happy to serve your recipe instead!

  • Choose two drinks from our artisinal cocktail menu! We offer a variety of flavors and offer drinks for most liquor types. You’ll get a menu with drink names and ingredients to choose which you’d like us to serve at your event. If you book before March you also have the option os attending a free tasting in Denver!

Head on over to our contact page and give us your bar/serving package options as well as all of your other event details. If we’re available for your date, we’ll reach out to book with a contract!

Frequently Asked

  • Yes. As long as the venue doesn’t have an exclusive partnership with a different bartending company, we can serve at many types of locations! If your location has a bar already, choose our “Bar Onsite” option. An indoor venue with no bar onsite? One of our satellite bars might be the move for you.

  • Nope! A first payment of 50% is due at booking. The remaining payment is due 30 days before your event.

  • To adhere to Colorado liquor laws we are not able to provide the alcohol for your event. We will send you a shopping list for the beer, wine, and liquor that we recommend based on the size of your event, hours of service, and menu that you’ve chosen.

  • We offer tastings in Denver each spring as long as you’ve booked The Wandering Wagon by March. That way you can find your favorites!

  • Nope! We do all sorts of events. We are happy to serve at any type of private event within our range of travel. Examples of other events we’ve done: real estate open houses, corporate parties, baby showers, birthday parties.

  • Yes! We’re happy to use one of your recipes, make sure to tell us in advance so we have time to gather all the needed supplies. We’re also happy to recreate a drink from one of our past seasons’ menus.

  • For crowds that are largely wanting nonalcoholic options we suggest our Garden to Glass package. Most of our cocktails make for great mocktails. It’s a nice treat for NA guests to have a fresh, delicious drink shaken right in front of them! We can work with you to send an adjusted alcohol shopping list based on how many people you think will be drinking at your event.

  • To hire one of our trailers we need room to haul it in with a pickup truck, drop it, and turn around. If you don’t have space for this our satellite bar option is perfect for you!
