Recipe

Fill the infusion jar with your favorite vodka, gin, tequila, or whiskey and let sit for 2-3 days in the fridge.

Once infused, strain the mixture and set the solids aside for a second infusion if you’d like! (Just be sure to add more sugar for a second infusion.)

To serve, we recommend adding 1.5oz of the infused liquor to a glass with ice and topping with ginger beer. Enjoy!
