Fill the infusion jar with your favorite brandy and let sit for 1-3 days in the fridge shaking occasionally.
Once infused, strain the mixture and set the solids aside for a second infusion if you’d like!
For an individual serving, we recommend adding 1.5oz of the infused brandy with 5ozs of a medium-bodied wine such as a Tempranillo, Garnacha, or Merlot, served over ice in a chilled glass.
To batch the sangria, simply add all of the infused brandy to a pitcher with an entire bottle of wine with ice. Garnish with cut fruits if desired.
